Les gardiens de but n’ont pas toujours la chance d’avoir un entraîneur à leur côté. Il est donc important que, durant cette semaine de camp d’entraînement spécifique à la position, les jeunes gardiens aient la chance de poser des questions, de revenir sur les habiletés de base, d’analyser plus spécifiquement certaines situations de jeu et d’apprendre de nouvelles techniques. Nous proposons donc une variété d’activités sur glace et hors glace et ce, dans un environnement pédagogique, stimulant et réflexif.

Programme régulier:

Ce programme vise les gardiens des catégories M9 (Novice), M11 (Atome) et M13 (PeeWee) simple lettre. Les activités proposées portent sur les points suivants:

La position de base
Les déplacements de base (avant, arrière, latéraux)
Le papillon
L’équilibre
Les glissades
Les jeux en angle et derrière le filet
Le contrôle des retours
Les échappées et 2 vs 1
Jouer la rondelle

Programme avancé:

Ce programme vise les gardiens des catégories M11 (Atome), M13 (PeeWee) M15 (Bantam) et M18 (Midget) double lettre. Aux activités proposées dans le programme régulier s’ajoutent les points suivants:

Les tirs voilés et déviés

Le programme hors glace ( régulier et avancé )
Le programme hors glace se compose d’activités visant la préparation physique et psychologique du jeune hockeyeur de même que de capsules d’information, par exemple…

des exercices de renforcement du bas de corps
des exercices de réflexes
des exercices de flexibilité
des exercices de visualisation
des discussions sur la nutrition
des capsules sur certains principes physiologiques des athlètes…

Cours théoriques et analyse vidéo
En classe, nous allons approfondir les concepts que nous allons voir sur la glace. Nous utiliserons des vidéos pour bien comprendre les impacts de chaque mouvement. De plus, nous allons explorer les différents styles de gardiens de but de la LNH et analyser leur système de jeu. Par la suite, le gardien sera en mesure de bien établir son profil de gardien et créer un système propre à lui.
